Reading - Zoom 9.30am

Today we are continuing to read our class book: There's a Boy in the Girls' Bathroom, we will be reading chapters 8 and 9. The files are below, so have a look at them, but they will be read on our Zoom lesson. 

English: Zoom at 9.30am

Today we are going to write the first two paragraphs of our argument for whether aliens should be pets. I will be showing you on our Zoom how to access the Google Drive on Google classroom, so if you can use that to send it in that would be brilliant. There is some information and word sheets below that might inspire you with your writing.

In your Orange RWI books go to page 4 and have a try at the Choose the Right Word activity. The answers are below.

Maths: Zoom at 11.00am

Today we are continuing to revise our multiplication methods, focusing on multiplying a 3 digit number by a 1 digit number.  Our Zoom lesson will help you to recap on the skills, and the worksheets are below. If you are confused or need more help have a look at the video:

Art- Zoom 1.30pm

Today we are looking at beginning a unit of work called Cityscapes. This art work thinks about drawing and create art of different cities. Our first lesson looked at 3D pop art, and an artist called Charles Fazzino. Have a look at the slides below, and we  will talk more about this in our Zoom at 1.30pm. Templates are also available below. 

You will need some colouring pencils at the ready, also if you are able to print off the template from the sheets below that would be really helpful, but don't worry if not!
